Terms & Conditions

Availability
All our artwork is subject to availability. You should receive stock items next day if ordered before 1500hrs (excl. weekends). The seller reserves the right to cancel any order. Should this occur a full refund will be issued.

Payment
Customers can pay by most credit cards and debit cards. Delivery will only occur after full payment has been received and cleared.  Payment includes shipping, packaging and VAT on all sales

Delivery Times
The artwork will be delivered to the address submitted by the buyer at checkout on the website.
If a buyer refuses to take delivery of the artwork for any reason other than evident damage, then expenses incurred by the seller for delivery and return of the item will be deducted from any refund.

No Quibble Returns Policy
If an item is returned to us in original condition we will offer a full refund of the purchase price. To qualify for the refund we require that:

  • You inform us within 3 days of receipt

  • You send all items back using our approved courier.

  • Any items are returned and received by us within 14 days.

  • Goods are returned in original condition and in the original packaging.

  • Goods are not a custom item

  • The buyer is responsible for return deliveries, including all delivery and insurance costs.

  • Refund will only be made once the items have been checked & determined to be in their original and re sellable condition by the seller


Damages

  • Full refunds or exchanges will be made for any artwork damaged during transit. To qualify please keep all packaging and artwork as delivered and notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

  • If there is any excessive damage to the packaging on arrival the buyer must refuse to accept the item

  • If the item appears undamaged and the buyer accepts delivery of the item before removing the packaging, the buyer must sign the delivery documents accompanied by the words "Unchecked"

  • If, after unwrapping, damage is discovered, the buyer must notify the seller within 24 hours of receipt (or first thing Monday if a weekend delivery) of any damage to the item

  • The buyer must send damaged items back to the seller using the sellers approved courier, details will be given on request

  • The buyer must include the original packaging materials with the artwork when returning any damaged goods

  • Refund will be subject to satisfying the seller's insurers that any claim is genuine.

Miscellaneous
The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
