Does Gallery Paul Smith offer refunds?
I try to ensure that clients of our online art gallery are happy with the artwork they receive as I offer only quality original art. However, if you decide that you are not pleased for any reason, you have seven (7) days to decide whether or not you wish to keep the artwork. If you decide you must return it, you must notify us at info@gallerypaulsmith.com ,to receive instructions on how to return the artwork. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Once the artwork is received and inspected for any possible damage, the buyer will receive a full refund of the sale’s price
Can the artwork that is sold by Paul Smith be reproduced by the buyer?
No. Reproduction of an artwork purchased from the online gallery of Paul Smith, falls under the same trademark and copyright laws as art purchased through any gallery. The right to reproduce a painting must be negotiated with Paul Smith, and is independent of any sales from this website.

You can be confident that we take every precaution to make sure your artwork arrives safely. It will be packed carefully and fully insured.
Who pays for shipping?
Shipping and insurance costs are included in the purchase price and are paid by the artist. However, if a return is made, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs.
Method of delivery
Mainland UK Painting will be suitably protected for delivery by road. For delivery outside the UK unless otherwise agreed,paintings purchased are sent airfreight using a specialist fine art packing and shipping company.
